Spring workshop April 17 2010

On Saturday April 17, Fondation Ida held the spring workshop at the CHUV. The volunteers proposed to decorate either a notebook for drawings, a friendship book or a photo album.

The book chosen could be decorated with different colored ribbons, small wooden figurines and/or artistic stickers. The children let their imaginations go free and the result was really nice and varied.

Many children were able to come to room 117 where we organized the workshop.
For the children unable to leave their rooms or in isolation, the volunteers joined them individually with the necessary material. Visiting siblings also participated in the workshop, each created their album and everyone had a great time.

During this workshop, each child could chose a beautiful handpainted stone, a "happy charm", made by our volunteer Jenny and her daughter Katia. Each stone was accompanied with a little poem.
