Mary´s Friends in Luins May 15, 2010  

A special Charity Evening was held on May 15 at the Chateau de Luins in memory of our dear friend Mary Weed-Pickens, who passed away on May 15 2009, after a 13-month fight against cancer. Proceeds from the event went to Fondation Ida.

It was an extraordinary evening which started with a musical aperitif, followed by a delicious dinner, a tombola, and an excellent jazz concert with the band ”Modus Quartet”.
Over 100-guests at the Chateau enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere and shared many wonderful memories of Mary.

Fondation Ida is deeply touched by this wonderful initiative by Mary's Friends, and immensly grateful for the generous donation we received.
